Shipping policy

We ship nationwide

• Free shipping on all orders (limited time).
• Your caviar order will be delivered in an insulated box that holds proper temperature and is packed with ice packs. Temperature is guaranteed for 48-72 hours.
• All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh. Caviar should be refrigerated promptly upon arrival.
• Caviar orders ship Monday-Friday only. Orders received before 2pm EST ship the same day.
• Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. 
• Orders are not delivered on National holidays.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• We ship via FEDEX Next Day Air with no signature required upon delivery. FEDEX drivers reserve the right to refuse to leave a package if no one is available to receive it.
• If you are ordering for a special occasion we recommend placing the order at least 7 days in advance. 
• Yacht Life Caviar does not have control over the delivery of your order once it leaves our warehouse. Deliveries may be affected by weather conditions and issues beyond our control.
  

Shelf Life

Opened Jar or Tin: 3 - 5 Days
Unopened Jar or Tin: 60 Days
Caviar should be stored between 32 - 38 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Do not store caviar in the freezer.
