Traditional Caviar and Blinis

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
  • 1 Package Blinis (16 pieces)
  • 1/4 Cup Creme Fraiche 
  • Optional:
  • 4 oz. Smoke Salmon
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onions
  • 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs Halved
  • 1/4 Cup Dill Fronds

Instructions 1. Add a small amount of creme fraiche onto each blini. 2. If using other toppings, add those to the blini.3. Add thecaviaron top. 4. Garnish with a tiny piece of dill.

Caviar Pasta with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
  • 8 oz pasta (angel hair or spaghetti)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream (if using). Simmer briefly.
  4. Toss the pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve in bowls and top with caviar and chives.

Caviar-Topped Oysters

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Crushed ice for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Arrange oysters on a bed of crushed ice.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each.
  3. Spoon a small amount of caviar onto each oyster.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
