
Traditional Caviar and Blinis
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
- 1 Package Blinis (16 pieces)
- 1/4 Cup Creme Fraiche
- Optional:
- 4 oz. Smoke Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Capers
- 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onions
- 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs Halved
- 1/4 Cup Dill Fronds
Instructions 1. Add a small amount of creme fraiche onto each blini. 2. If using other toppings, add those to the blini.3. Add thecaviaron top. 4. Garnish with a tiny piece of dill.

Caviar Pasta with Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
- 8 oz pasta (angel hair or spaghetti)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream (if using). Simmer briefly.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in bowls and top with caviar and chives.

Caviar-Topped Oysters
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Yacht Life Caviar
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Crushed ice for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Arrange oysters on a bed of crushed ice.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each.
- Spoon a small amount of caviar onto each oyster.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
